Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments guarantee your spot—especially on weekends and during events.
How long does the process take?
Most appointments take 10–15 minutes per person.
Can groups come together?
Yes! We love girls’ nights, birthday parties, bachelorette celebrations, and family days. For groups of 6+, contact us to schedule.
✨ Repairs & Breaks
What if my jewelry breaks?
Life happens! If your piece breaks at the weld point, we’ll reweld it for free.
If it breaks anywhere else on the chain, a small replacement fee may apply.
What if I need to remove my jewelry?
You can snip it at the jump ring. Bring your chain back and we’ll reweld it for free.
Do you offer warranties?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Weld issues are covered—accidental snags or chain stretching are not considered defects but can be repaired affordably.
✨ TSA, Swimming & Activities
Can I travel with permanent jewelry?
Yes! TSA does not require you to remove delicate jewelry.
Can I swim, shower, or exercise in it?
Absolutely. Our 14k gold-filled and sterling silver chains are water-friendly. Just avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine, tanning mousse, or strong lotions to keep your shine.
Is it safe for kids or athletes?
Yes, but we recommend ages 8+ and parental discretion. Athletes should check their sport’s rules—some require jewelry removal.
✨ Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and solid gold (when available). Our pieces are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
Will it tarnish?
Gold-filled rarely tarnishes. Sterling silver may oxidize naturally but can be shined easily with a polishing cloth.
How do I clean my permanent jewelry?
Gently rub with a polishing cloth. Avoid chemicals like bleach, self-tanners, and hair products directly on your jewelry.
✨ Charms & Customization
Can I add charms later?
Yes! Come anytime to add charms or connectors to your existing chain.
Do you offer matching jewelry for friends or couples?
Yes—this is one of our most popular requests! We can help you design matching or coordinating pieces.

We are proudly located in Iowa with multiple storefronts and pop-ups. Check our Locations page for the most current hours.

✨ Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
All permanent jewelry sales are final due to the custom nature of each piece.
Can I exchange a chain before it’s welded?
Yes! You’re welcome to change your mind before the chain is cut and welded.
✨ Medical Questions
What if I need an MRI or medical procedure?
Most providers allow fine jewelry, but always follow your doctor’s instructions. If removal is required, snip at the jump ring and bring it back for a reweld.
Is permanent jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Yes—our materials are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. If you are extremely sensitive, solid gold is the safest option.
